Myalo aims to explore the different aspects of what we call mind/soul through musical compositions, diving into different topics ranging from sociology to neuroscience, conscious and unconscious behaviors. As topics are changing from time to time also sounds do, going from simple sinewaves to electroacoustic manipulations, serving as the ultimate tools of exploration of perception. To further explore the mind, Myalo started MNEMOSYNE, a memory driven series of 'sound collages', where artists can musically describe the history of their projects with all kinds of sound data and influences. 'Here we celebrate memory, the most precious gift of life, the only root of dreams, inspiration and knowledge'.
